Shelly is the Manager of our Policy Service Department, bringing 22 years of experience across personal, commercial, and farm insurance. With a well-rounded background and a strong understanding of client needs, Shelly specializes in helping families protect their most valuable assets. She takes great pride in delivering knowledgeable, client-focused service and building lasting relationships based on trust.

Raised on her family’s dairy farm in Prince Edward County, Shelly developed a deep appreciation for hard work and community. She spent many memorable years involved in the 4-H and Dairy Princess programs, experience that helped shape her strong work ethic and commitment to service. Bay of Quinte Mutual has proudly insured her family’s farm for over 55 years, making her connection to the company both professional and personal.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Shelly camping or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Hope has been a trusted, licensed insurance agent with Bay of Quinte Mutual since 2010, bringing over a decade of experience and dedication to her role. Originally from Nova Scotia, she has proudly called Prince Edward County home for the past 20 years, building strong connections within the community she serves.

Known for her genuine care and commitment to customers, Hope’s friendly smile, and extensive insurance knowledge shine through in every interaction, helping clients feel confident and supported in their decisions.

Outside the office, Hope is her children’s biggest cheerleader. Whether at the hockey arena, the baseball diamond, or the dance studio, she can often be found enthusiastically supporting their passions and celebrating their achievements.
