Document the damage
If it’s safe to do so, take photos or videos. Keep damaged items as evidence until your claim has been assessed.

Call us. We’ll gather initial information, open your file, and assign a claims adjuster.
Assessment
Your adjuster will contact you to discuss the claim and may arrange an inspection. We aim to assess promptly and fairly.
Resolution
Once the assessment is complete, we’ll work with you to resolve your claim quickly. Treated fairly, every time.
